What happens next?
After you place your order, we will prepare your basket on the day of arrival and send it to your hotel shortly before your flight lands.
Bell services will store the groceries on your behalf and at the required temperature. All you have to do is collect them when you arrive or, for a small charge, have bell services bring them to your room for you.
Then relax, snack and sleep.
Why is the choice of goods limited?
We're not trying to replicate the experience of a full shop.
You've got enough to worry about - so we hope you'll let us do some of the holiday prep heavy lifting and curate a collection of items we've tried and tested ourselves and know you'll love.
Hey, where's the alcohol?
The first thing most people want to do on the first night of their holiday (especially if you're travelling with kids!) is have a drink. Trust us, we get it!
Sadly strict local laws require a physical hand off and age/ID check at the point of delivery, so sending alcohol to the hotel in your absence isn't possible.
That said, booze is the one thing your resort should have by the bucketload - so your cheese and wine night needn't wait.
What about allergies?
Our baskets are made up of goods bought from well known chains and third party vendors.
Unfortunately, as we don't prepare food items ourselves it's impossible to guarantee that there won't be trace allergens in individual products.
We recommend checking any packaging carefully prior to consumption.
I'm not staying at a Disney Resort - can I still order a basket?
Not right now - but we're working on it!
We hope to add more hotels and holiday rentals in the Orlando area soonest!

Can I get a refund?
Of course!
You can cancel any time until 48hrs before your scheduled time of arrival and receive a full refund, no questions asked.
If you need to cancel any later, unfortunately given the nature of the perishables being purchased, we will be unable to amend your order.
Do you make substitutions?
We try to complete every order exactly as requested, however, there are times when items are unavailable or out of stock. If necessary, we may substitute unavailable items with comparable items of equal or higher quality.
Can I make a change?
If you've made a mistake or have a special request, drop us a line.
